We hope you love your Ancient Whisper fragrance. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be purchased within the last 30 days
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging
• All components originally included must be returned
• Bottle seals must remain intact
Our fragrances are bottled using argon blanketing to protect the integrity of the essential oils prior to use. Once a bottle has been opened and exposed to oxygen, the scent begins its natural process of oxidation. For this reason, opened bottles cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the item value (excluding shipping charges). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any component of your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Personalized or custom products
• Items that have been opened or used
• Products that have deteriorated due to exposure or time
• Goods that have been mixed with other substances after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during transit.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return has been processed.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
